It wasn't so much that they were pretentious, more that they seemed to completely miss the heart of the play, and focus on irrelevancies. Yes, there were jokes about 'the Americans' but I took those to be about the government and defence agencies, not a whole people. I completely agree chatterbox! ...

Just watched it - one of them was rather rude about Julian saying that he signalled irony every time by waving his hands about...grr!

The guy who said that about Julian - I thought he was a prat when he reviewed the first thing so I didn't care what he thought! Iiiijit! All the other press reviews have said how good he was. I also thought all the reviewers were very naive actually. Saying that there is no debate about whether you ...

Hello again, This post is full of spoilers I just wanted to thank everyone who has found and posted reviews. It seems that the critics are generally in agreement that that play was a well cast, very well acted and directed production. (having seen it last Wednesday I generally agree and will definit...

"languorously epicene"

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!

Sorry, I just find reviewers and critics so funny in trying to find newer, longer and more ludicrously long winded ways of saying what other people have already said much more effectively.

What a pretentious ****.

Does anyone have any pics from the stage door they are happy to post? What did he people chat about?

I have to say that I was at the play this evening and it was truly superb, both performances and script, I will wait for fairiequeens review with interest. I'm afraid shyness prevents me from waiting at the stage door, I think I'd just go to pieces if I actually met Julian! One great thing I noticed...

Pic number 8 awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww! On a more serious note, I just wanted to record it somewhere that it is really, really nice of them to do this. My dad is really ill at the moment and needs keyhole surgery to remove a tumor. Add to that with the fact that dad is a huge greenwing fan (in fact...

I think he looks completely beautiful in these pics! :lvdr: I don't think he's lost weight I just think the lighting in the photos is quite stark and it shows up every line and crease. Which I like personally - makes him look distinguished! I also like the new hairdoo (the casino royal party one). R...

Is it me or has he had just a spot too much to drink in that first pic! I'm not sure his eyes are really focusing on anything...

Nice to seee him supporting 'old mate' Daniel Craig though. Cool.

I'm So ANGRY at my Telly! I watched the show - I actually thought it was pretty funny - considering its charity and never as good as thre real thing. I loved the Cludo sketch but.... my telly threw a wobbly just as Julian walked in!    By the time I got the pictu...
